Beautiful and rare oval dining room table from the Louis XVI period rests on 6 rectangular fluted tapering legs, ending in bronze sabots. The open table can accommodate up to 2 extensions, each extended with a length of 61 cm, bringing its total length to 245 cm. One photo shows the table in its extended version with one plate, but it will come with two plates. The extensions are also equipped with table frames which allow the table to be placed in a room in its extended version without a tablecloth.
Condition: very good, min. wear consistent with age and use, surface refinished, extensions added later, presumably 1. half 20th century – detailed condition report on request
