Large Pair of 18th Century French Louis XVI Neoclassical Gilt Bronze Candlesticks
A fine pair of large Louis XVI period gilt bronze candle sticks, each with a fluted tapering stem and fluted plinth and nozzle, base and upper rim of the stem cast with neoclassical frieze pattern. The stem adorned with laurel festoons, removable drip pans with laurel frieze.
The pair of Louis XVI period candlesticks display a beautiful play of polished and mat surfaces.
